And for some non related workout news...

It's been about a week since I started this new method of Cardio training called HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training.
It's been pretty hard to do, considering that the basics of it is to work at an anaerobic rate for around 30 sec to 1 min, at you maximum possible ability, then slow down for 1-3 minutes. This is repeated continuously for the length of the session, and believe me, it's HARD.
Hopefully, I'll be able to lose some weight before school starts >_<
